ARTIST'S CV

Gareth Long was born in 1979 in Toronto, ON. He received his BA in Visual Studies and Classical Civilizations from University of Toronto in 2003, and his MFA from Yale University School of Art in 2007. He currently lives and works in Vienna, AT, and London, UK.

Long has held fifteen solo exhibitions to date, including What is work? Long was the first curator-in-residence at Kunsthalle Wien, Vienna, AT (2013), and was an artist-in-residence at The Apartment, Vancouver, BC (2011).
